The Umatilla County Fair wrapped up its penultimate year at its current location on Saturday after a week of hot weather, cool exhibits, foot-stompin’ music, carnival rides, tasty food and more blue ribbons than you can shake a stick at.
Next summer will be the final year at the longstanding location adjacent to Hermiston High School. The fair – and Farm-City Pro Rodeo – will move to the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center in 2016. Northeast Oregon Now stopped by the fair each day and is offering up a few photos from the past week.
