Gary L. Propheter of Heppner passed away on March 14, 2026 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 70.
He was born on April 9, 1955.
A graveside service will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 11:15 a.m. at the Heppner Masonic Cemetery.
Afterwards, a memorial reception will be held at the Gilliam Bisbee Building in Heppner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please join the family for a meal and some time for sharing.
