Melvin “Gene” Townsend of Hermiston died on Oct. 9, 2023 in Hermiston at the age of 91.
He was born on Sept. 29, 1932 in McDonald, Kan.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023 at 10 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
