The new hours will be from 1 to 4 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. Givens’ Hermiston office is located at the Stafford Hansell Government Center, 915 S.E. Columbia Drive.
