Good Shepherd Health Care System is offering the free virtual or in-person Wellness Through a Holistic Lens class on Tuesday, Aug. 31.
The class goes from 10 to 11 a.m. Good Shepherd’s health and wellness coordinator will talk about the many factors in life that contribute to personal wellness, including physical health, mental well-being, relationships, workplace stressors, and much more.
