
HERMISTON, OR – Good Shepherd Health Care System (GSHCS) is excited to announce the addition of Manmohan Singh Biring, MD, to our esteemed team of medical professionals. Dr. Biring is a Board-Certified Pulmonologist who brings a wealth of expertise as an internist, critical care specialist, and sleep medicine specialist as part of Good Shepherd Pulmonology located at 620 NW 11th St, Suite M-201 in Hermiston, OR.

Dr. Biring brings over 35 years of experience to his practice. “In our rural community, I am devoted to your health as your pulmonary, critical care and sleep physician,” said Dr. Biring. “My approach is centered on providing a wide array of pulmonary services, including the treatment of conditions such as COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung infections. I also prioritize the early detection and management of cancer and pulmonary nodules. By collaborating closely with local healthcare providers, I aim to deliver high-quality care right here in our community. My commitment is to offer compassionate and comprehensive care, ensuring you have access to the best possible health services locally.”
He earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1989 from London University at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School. He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine as well as a Residency in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine from Cedars – Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA, from 1994 to 1999.
