Good Shepherd Health Care System is offering an in-person “Babysitting Basics 101” class on Aug. 13.
Participants will learn child-care techniques, children’s developmental stages and what to expect, basic first aid, and infant and child CPR
The class will be held in the conference centers from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is for babysitters ages 10-15.
The fee is $40 and includes lunch and all class materials.
