Good Shepherd Health Care System is presenting a free class on Wednesday, Nov. 18 on making healthy choices at the grocery store.
The class, led by Good Shepherd’s health and wellness coordinator, goes from 2 to 3 p.m. and can be attended virtually or in person. Seating is limited, and pre-registration is required.
