The Good Shepherd Medical Center Auxiliary is accepting application for $1,500 college scholarships for the 2015-16 school year.
To be eligible, applicants must have completed at least one year of study in the medical field at a college or university; their home residence must be within areas served by Good Shepherd Health Care System; and college transcripts must accompany the application. Scholarships will be awarded contingent upon acceptance into a medical program.
Applications are available at the GSMC gift shop or by calling 541-667-3690. Applications can be turned into the gift shop or mailed to Good Shepherd Medical Center, ATTN: Auxiliary Scholarship Committee, 620 N.W. 11th St., Hermiston, 97838.
The deadline to apply is April 30.
