Good Shepherd Health Care System and CHI St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton are partnering to conduct a survey as part of a project to improve the health of people in the community.
The 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment survey is available online through Oct. 8. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
