Good Shepherd Health Care System will hold a 10-week series on the topic of grief.
Understanding Your Grief – Hope for Healing will provide information and support to help integrate the loss into your life and move toward a place of peace and/or hope.
The series explores the necessity of mourning, common myths associated with grief and how grief is unique to the individual. Resources will be available for additional support.
The series runs each Wednesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m., from Jan. 17 to March 20. It will be held in the Good Shepherd Conference Room by the Pharmacy.
