Good Shepherd Health Care System is offering free COVID vaccines, including initial series (1st & 2nd) and booster (3rd) doses.

No appointment is needed and community members should bring their vaccination cards with them if applicable. Vaccines will be available on Friday, Nov. 19 from 7 a.m. to noon, and on Monday, Nov. 22 from 2:30 to 7 p.m. The vaccines will be administered in Conference Centers 1 and 2.

Good Shepherd has the Moderna vaccine (authorized for those 18 and older) and the Pfizer vaccine (authorized for those 12 and older) as well as the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (authorized for those 18 and older). For ages 12 to 14, a parent or guardian must be present.  In accordance with Oregon Law, patients age 15 and above can self-consent for the vaccine.  Good Shepherd is not providing the Pfizer vaccine for 5-11 year olds at these clinics.

Individuals receiving a vaccine should be prepared for 15 minutes of required monitoring after vaccine administration. Community members may call and leave a message on Good Shepherd’s COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline at 541-667-3426 if they have any questions about vaccinations.
