Good Shepherd Health Care System’s annual Family Health & Fitness Day is set for Saturday, Sept. 23 at Hermiston High School.
The day starts with the untimed 5K Fun Run at 8 a.m. – no registration required. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be free health screenings (vision exams require pre-registration, call for details), free flu shots, free kids’ activities, free performances and demonstrations, and much more. Food trucks will also be on site, available with fees.
