Good Shepherd Health Care System will host a Family Health & Fitness Day on Saturday, Sept. 24 at Hermiston High School.
The event goes from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include information on community health resources, a car seat clinic, helmet fitting, a teddy bear clinic, snacks, door prizes and more.
There will also be a pre-event 5-K Fun Run prior to the event. Register and purchase a ticket online.
