HERMISTON, Ore.-Good Shepherd Health Care System will offer the free Healthy Cooking for Seniors on a Budget class on Wednesday, April 16 at the Harkenrider Senior Activity Center, 255 N.E. Second St.
The class is for adults 55 and over to learn healthy cooking on a budget, along with nutrition tips and facts. It goes from 2 to 4 p.m. Ingredients are provided free to all participants; cooking hardware is not provided.
