Good Shepherd Health Care System will present a free Family Safety Awareness event on Saturday, June 26.
The event takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Good Shepherd Medical Center in the Elm Avenue parking lot.
A crash car display will be presented by the Oregon Department of Transportation, as well as free car seat checks and installations, free helmet fittings for children, and a free children’s bike rodeo (bring your own bike).
There will also be educational booths covering topics such as water, bike and food safety, tobacco, vaping, immunizations, oral health and more.
