The Hermiston and Umatilla Chambers of Commerce will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at Encore Wellness 4 Life on Friday, Dec. 14 at noon.
Jennifer Armstrong, advanced registered nurse practitioner, and Mark Keith, wellness director, are looking forward to celebrating their new business at 82346 Bucks Lane in Umatilla. Mayor Daren Dufloth and City Manager David Stockdale will be on hand to help cut the ribbon.
