CrossFit Hermiston, 2100 S. Highway 395, will host a Grand Opening event this Saturday, Sept. 7 from 9 a.m. to noon.
All are welcome to stop by, if only to have fun cheering on those who want to try the high-intensity exercise. Owners Jacob and Leontina Goodin will lead an open workout starting at 9 a.m. sharp. A signed waiver and signup on the board are required.
