A grand opening for Project PATH will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7.
The event takes place at the homeless shelter location, 81535 Lind Road in Hermiston and is hosted by Stepping Stones Alliance.
A ribbon-cutting will be hosted by the Hermiston and Umatilla chambers of commerce at 4 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.
