The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 11 for State Farm and Jesse Torres.
The event will take place at noon at 650 N. First St., Suite 1 in Hermiston, near Little Caesar’s.
