Grinding and paving will continue over the next week or two on Highway 395 as part of the $3.7 million improvement project in Hermiston.
After paving work is complete, the permanent concrete median curbs will be installed at the Elm Avenue intersection to restrict turning movements (where the candle stick cones were installed). Striping of the highway lines will also follow paving activities.
