The public is invited to attend a ground-breaking ceremony for the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center in Hermiston.
The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4 at the EOTEC, 1510 S. Ott Road.
The EOTEC will be the home of the Umatilla County Fair and Farm-City Pro Rodeo beginning in 2016.
