Hamley Café in Pendleton announced that it has launched an online ordering system to provide an added convenience for customers. The official launch was Friday, Dec. 16, with the first orders going out Saturday morning.

“A lot of our customers are local business folks who might be in a hurry to get their coffee or lunch and we want to make the ordering process easier so they can get on with their day,” said Hamley & Co-General Manager Cal Tyer.

The online ordering system works with the secure FoodBooking application. Customers can access the Hamley Café through the app, from the Hamley.com website, or by scanning the QR code in the Hamley Café ads.

Clicking through the app, customers are provided with a menu where they simply click on the item, choose the options, and fill their cart. When the order is submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Orders are paid with cash or credit card at the Hamley Café counter.

Hamley Café is a great spot to get coffee or espresso just the way you like it. Pair it with one or two of the many decadent pastries or start your day with a full breakfast of sausage and gravy or the protein-rich Egg Scrambler. Lunch choices include salads like Cobb and Cranberry Spinach, wraps chock-full of tasty ingredients, and hearty sandwiches served with a side dish.

Hamley Café is open 8am-4pm, Monday through Saturday. Breakfast is served 8am-11am and lunch 11am-3pm. Online ordering ends at 3pm for same day service but orders can be placed at any time for next day service.
