Hank Edward Wetzel of Hermiston passed away in Hermiston on Dec. 24, 2024 at the age of 52.
He was born on July 23, 1972 in Aurora, Neb. to Jack and Paula Wendt Wetzel.
Hank moved to Boardman with his family in the mid-1970s. He attended A.C. Houghton Elementary School, Irrigon Jr. High School and Riverside High School. He worked as a laborer in agriculture for many years in Eastern Oregon.
Hank enjoyed going fishing and collected wolf art.
He is survived by a daughter, Erika Wetzel; father, Jack Wetzel; three sisters, Phyllis Town, Pam Moser and Trish Davis; longtime companion, Marlene Conner; and many extended family members.
Services will be announced at a later time.
