Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 14 – that’s the day when all health breaks out at Good Shepherd Medical Center.
On that day, the hospital will offer its monthly Healthy Saturdays. Participants – at no charge – can have their blood pressure checked, body mass index measured and receive a variety of health-related information.
