The Oregon Health Authority will be at Good Shepherd Medical Center today for a Health Care Application Fair.
Individuals can sign up or renew their coverage under the Affordable Healthcare Act and find out if they qualify for the Oregon Health Plan.
The event will last from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Attendees should bring their Social Security number or immigration documentation. Income statement, self-employment records or your latest tax statements are also recommended.
