The Good Shepherd Community Health Foundation is encouraging the public to nominate someone for its annual Christmas Spirit Award.
Each year the foundation recognizes an individual or couple with the Christmas Spirit Award.
Nominations may be made by completing and submitting the nomination form. You can also download a nomination form and send it to the Good Shepherd Community Health Foundation at 620 N.W. 11th Street, or emarvin@gshealth.org on or before Dec. 8.
