The Good Shepherd Community Health Foundation is hosting a seminar on planned giving on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at Good Shepherd, 610 N.W. 11th St.
The seminar will go from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in Conference Room CC1.

Dennis Barnett of Barnett & Moro, P.C. in Hermiston will speak about how different inherited assets are taxed and what can be done about it.
James Hurts of the Legacy Creation Network will talk about simple vs. smart ownership structures and beneficiary designation.
