The Good Shepherd Community Health Foundation is gearing up for its 28th annual Scramble for Scholarships golf tournament.
The tournament is set for Friday, June 11 at Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, and the deadline to register is June 9. The $70 entry fee includes greens fee for 18 holes, box lunch and prizes. The shotgun start is at 1 p.m. The four-person scramble is limited to the first 120 golfers and is open to men and women of all skill levels. Masks are required at check-in and recommended throughout the event.
The tournament ends at approximately 5 p.m. after the completion of 18 holes. Awards and scores will be posted on the Big River and foundation websites afterward. Golfers will be notified when and where to pick up prizes.
