The Heppner Christian Life Center, 535 W. Morgan St., will host an ice cream social on Wednesday, Aug. 17 for citizens to meet and greet Republican candidates seeking office or re-election in November.
The candidates attending are U.S. Rep. Cliff Bentz (R-Ontario), Jo Rae Perkins, Christine Drazan, Cheri Helt and State Rep. Greg Smith (R-Heppner).
