The Heppner Outreach Council invites everyone in the community to participate in a Halloween Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, Oct. 31.
From 4 to 6 p.m., Willow Street will be shut down so that cars can be parked and candy handed out from the trunk. To find out if spots are still available, comment on the event post or send a message on Facebook.
