The Heppner Outreach Council invites everyone to come downtown this Saturday, Dec. 12 for the Heppner Winter Fest Light Parade and Display event.
Festivities for the whole family start at 6 p.m.
Businesses, organizations, school teams, families or friends, and other groups interested in decorating a float for the event can still sign up online. For more information, leave a Facebook message.
