The Oinkari Basque Dancers from Boise, Idaho will share their rich culture and heritage through dance at Heritage Station Museum in Pendleton this Sunday, Aug. 4. The event goes from 1 to 3 p.m.
Tickets are $25 for members, $30 for non-members, and $10 for children under 12 years of age; they’re available in the museum gift shop. Prices include a plate from Mario’s Basque Barbeque featuring solomo sandwiches, and hot dogs for the kids – all cooked on site. There will also be live music, games, and tables set up celebrating Basque history in Umatilla County. Blankets are allowed for sitting on the grass while enjoying the activities.
