The city of Hermiston will be hosting a series of “vision labs” this week on findings from the Hermiston 2040 Committee.
Over the past several months, the committee has received thousands of comments from community members at outreach events, online surveys, focus groups, and more.
These comments have been organized into themes for deeper discussion at a series of “vision labs” with subject-matter experts in the community. Residents are invited to come explore the ideas in each theme group and discuss specific actions to bring these ideas to life in the next 20 years.
All vision labs will be held at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S. Highway 395.
