Altrusa International Foundation of Hermiston is accepting applications for their spring term memorial scholarship, to be awarded to a west Umatilla County or north Morrow County college student.
The recipient must be about two-thirds through a post-high school education program. The major requirement for receiving the award is the intent to gain or upgrade job skills, or to re-enter the job force.
