The Hermiston and Stanfield Senior Centers will offer free blood pressure checks and health information from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Dec. 28.
The “Know Your Numbers” event is designed to encourage everyone to know their blood pressure numbers. Take advantage of the free checks to lower your risk of stroke and heart attack. The event is open to everyone.
