The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce announced that the date for the 49th annual Distinguished Citizens Awards has been moved back one week.
The event will now be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2019 at the Hermiston Community Center.
Award categories are Hermiston Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Hermiston Chamber of Commerce Community Service Merit Award, Public Safety Award and Fire Service Award.
Others that will be awarded include Business of the Year which will be presented by the Hermiston Rotary Club, Altrusan Outstanding Young Citizen Award, and Hermiston School District Educators and Administrator of the Year.
