The Hermiston Cooling Station is open during weekends to provide anyone relief from the heat.
The station is located at 224 E. Main St., in Hermiston and is open from 1 to 7 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. It is open to men, women, families, veterans, seniors and anyone who needs relief from the heat. Guests do not need to be homeless. Water and free wi-fi are available.
