The Hermiston City Council approved a recommendation Monday night to appoint two people to the city’s Library Board.
Kay Bennett was approved to fill Position No. 1, and John F. Douglass was appointed to fill Position No. 2.
Both will serve four-year terms ending on June 30, 2020.
