Hermiston High School will be the site of a Drive 4 UR School fundraiser on Saturday, 31June 2.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., test drive a new Ford model and the Ford Motor Company will donate $20, up to a total of $6,000. Parent volunteers and coaches will be on hand to assist with the test drives. There is no sales pressure and no purchase necessary.
All proceeds will benefit the school’s volleyball program.
Also on June 2, the PAWS animal shelter will be on site with pets looking to be adopted.
The high school will provide free drinks and hot dogs for everyone who test drives a vehicle. There will also be a bounce house for kids.
