Hermiston High School’s head coaches, staff and players are hosting some summer youth camps that promise to be fun as well as beneficial. Here’s the rundown:
Youth Marching Band Camp – This camp is for seventh- and eighth-graders. It runs from June 19 through June 23 and meets from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at HHS Kennison Field. The cost is $15 and includes a T-shirt.
There will be a field performance on June 23 and marching in the Umatilla Landing Days parade.
Youth Softball Camp – This camp is for third- through eighth-graders. It meets on June 19 and June 20 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Rocky Heights Elementary School softball fields. The cost is $45 for both days and $30 for a single day, and includes a T-shirt.
Youth Volleyball Camp – This camp is for third- through eighth-graders. It runs from June 20 through June 22 and meets from 9 a.m. to noon at the HHS main gym. The cost is $65 and includes a T-shirt.
