Family Health & Fitness Day will take place on Saturday, Sept. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hermiston High School. The event is for all ages and is free to attend.
The day’s offerings include free health screenings, demonstrations, activities, door prizes and much more. Free flu shots will also be available.
The health and wellness event is hosted by Oregon State University Extension, Umatilla County and Umatilla-Morrow Head Start, Inc.
