The Hermiston Police Department’s two-officer street crime unit arrested a Hermiston man Saturday on graffiti-related charges.
Tarzziccio “Dimitri” Mexicano, 18, 1030 S.W. 11th St., No. 7, Hermiston, was taken into custody and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and unlawful application of graffiti before being lodged at the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton. The charges stem from his alleged involvement in graffiti that was discovered on June 11 in the area of N.W. Third Street in Hermiston.
