A 21-year-old Hermiston man will spend the next six years in prison for his role in several Hermiston-area burglaries.
Zachary Lawrence Bartz pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree theft, one count of second-degree burglary and one count of first-degree burglary and was sentenced Thursday by Umatilla Circuit Court Judge Dan Hill.
Bartz was convicted of burglarizing several local businesses, stealing guns from a car and burglarizing a local residence. He was also sentenced to three years of post-prison supervision and will have to pay restitution to the victims.
