The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Christmas light contest for all homes located in Umatilla County.
Pictures of decorated homes, along with their addresses, must be emailed to parksandrec@hermiston.or.us by Dec. 3 to be added to the holiday light and decoration map.
Entries will be posted on the department’s Facebook page on Dec. 10, and the public has until Dec. 23 at 12 p.m. to vote for their favorites. The winner receives $250 in local gift cards. For more information, visit the department’s website or call 541-667-5018.
