The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a couple of fun family activities next month.
The Family Feud national virtual tournament kicks off today, May 1. The cost is $10 per family, and space is limited. The winning family will receive shirts and compete in the national championship in June. Leave your name on the survey request post on the department’s Facebook page for a chance to win a $10 account credit.
The Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunt will take place on May 5-18. Families will follow clues spread throughout the department’s parks and locations while solving riddles and puzzles along the way – all necessary to name the victim, the weapon used and the murderer. The cost to participate is $5. To sign up for these activities, go to parks department’s website. For more information, call 541-667-5018.
