The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department’s Summer Movies in the Park series kicks off in July at Butte Park.
The series is sponsored by Lamb Weston who will be serving french fries during the movies. Here’s the upcoming schedule:
- Friday, July 12, 2024 8:45pm – Jurassic Park PG13
- Friday, July 19, 2024 8:30pm – Migration PG
- Friday, July 26, 2024 8:30pm – Barbie PG13
This is a free event. Bring your own chairs, blankets.
What about the restrooms? How can we bring our kids to watch movies in the park when the facilities are locked up?
When will we be able to use our parks again? We want the picnic tables back and the restrooms open and maintained like they used to be.
I agree. I took my grandkids to the Stanfield park to eat a picnic lunch.
