The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with the Oregon Department of Education in the Summer Food Service Program to provide free lunches for children aged 18 and under.
Meals are served Monday-Friday at these locations and times: Sunset Park and the Hermiston Family Aquatic Center, 11:30 a.m. to noon; and Butte Park and Victory Square Park, 12:15-12:30 p.m.
Meals are handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. They must be eaten on site, according to program guidelines. For more information, call the parks department at 541-667-5018
