The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a lighted holiday parade on Thursday, Dec. 1 before the city’s tree-lighting celebration on Festival Street.
Businesses, groups and individuals are encouraged to be creative and light up their cars, trucks, tractors and more to share in the holiday spirit. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded to the most festive entries.
