The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
May 23: Daniel Jaime Diaz, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 1200 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 23: Christian Burnison, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with felony probation violation.
May 22: Jose Alberto Juan Pablo, 28, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Ridgeway Avenue Apartment B and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault).
May 22: Nathan Allen Ralston, 41, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
May 22: Daniel Jaime Diaz, 43, was arrested on the 900 block of N. First Street and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
May 22: Pedro Diaz Andres, 49, was arrested near N.W. 11th Street and W. Elm Avenue and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
May 20: Meliza Valenzuela, 27, was arrested on the 600 block of S.W. Ninth Street Apartment A5 and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
May 19: Nalleli Grisel Avila-Lobato, 19, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Hurlburt Avenue and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (disorderly conduct) and second-degree disorderly conduct.
May 18: Jessica Richel Banker, 33, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 18: Priscilla Ortega, 42, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 18: Matthew Allen Dean Pearce, 35, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with felon in possession of a weapon and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I.
May 18: Juan Carlos Ochoa, 33, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 18: Bertin Martinez Santos, 42, was arrested on a warrant near S.W. 11th Street and W. Orchard Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
May 17: Jolene Renee Pooley, 37, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
May 17: Oscar Miguel Mejia, 39, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 17: Brian James Lee, 31, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 17: Adrian Romero Reyes, 36, was arrested on the 1100 block of W. Hartley Avenue and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault) and second-degree disorderly conduct.
May 16: Nathaniel Jerrold Caswell, 55, was arrested on the 0 block of Cedar Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault).
